1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Ignis Voyage. By accessing our tailored travel itineraries or booking any of our adventure packages, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. It's about mutual respect. If you don't agree with these terms, we're sorry to say you shouldn't use our services.
Does the thrill of a volcanic eruption come with risks? Absolutely. We've spent 17 years refining our safety protocols to ensure your trek is as secure as it is breathtaking.
2. Booking & Cancellation
We believe in fair pricing and clear expectations. When you secure a budget accommodation through our platform, you'll receive a confirmation within 24 hours. Because we work with remote local partners, deposit requirements may vary by destination.
- Cancellations made 30 days prior: 100% refund.
- Force Majeure: We aren't responsible if a volcano decides to erupt (that's the point, isn't it?) but we will assist in rescheduling.
3. Liability & Risk
High-altitude trekking and volcanic proximity involve inherent dangers. You'll be required to sign a specific waiver for any Grade 4 adventure travel packages. Ignis Voyage works only with certified local guides, yet nature remains unpredictable.
